1、 When any of the following situations occur with the metal cast electric hoist pulley crane accessories, they should be scrapped:

2) The uneven wear of the wheel groove reaches 3mm.
3) When the wear of the wheel groove wall thickness reaches 20% of the original wall thickness.
4) Due to wear and tear, the diameter of the bottom of the wheel groove has decreased by 50% of the diameter of the steel wire rope.
5) Defects such as other issues related to damage to wire rope crane accessories.
2、 The ratio of the diameter of the pulley of the electric hoist crane to the diameter of the steel wire rope should not be less than the specified value.
3、 The pulley groove of the electric hoist crane should be kept smooth and flat, and there should be no defects that damage the steel wire rope when driving.
4、 The pulley of the electric hoist should have a device to prevent the steel wire rope from jumping out of the groove.
