Henan crane manufacturer: Explanation of several fixing methods for crane rails
1. Pressure plate fixation method. In general, in order to adjust the square direction of lifting machinery, the holes on the pressure plate need to be made into long holes; Vertical adjustment can be made by adding a pad under the steel rail. This method is relatively simple, but requires a large number of gaskets with varying thicknesses for adjustment. The shape of the adjustment piece is crescent shaped and is placed inside the pressure plate hole to prevent lateral displacement of the track. The pressure plate should have sufficient rigidity and can be made into single hole or double hole according to the magnitude of the force applied.
2. Hook shaped screw fixation method.
3. Welding and bolt fixation method. First, weld the gasket with long holes on the bottom of the steel rail or square rail on the ground, and then lift it onto the anchor bolts of the rail support beam for fixation. This method requires accurate installation of anchor bolts and welding of base plates, otherwise it may cause misalignment between the holes and bolts, resulting in installation difficulties. To ensure that the track does not experience lateral displacement during use, shims can be inserted inside the adjusted shim holes.
Henan crane manufacturers have summarized that regardless of the above methods, single beam cranes (A6 double beam crane QD type electric double beam bridge crane) must be filled tightly at each track joint, especially for steel rail joints with sleepers. The two rail joints need to be connected with quasi fishplates.
